Zora (Knezevic) Molnar passed away peacefully on August 8, 2019, in Columbia, Missouri at the age of 93, with her daughter Veronica by her side. Zora was born in Serbia, the former Yugoslavia in 1925. On Christmas Dec. 25, 1941 Zora Knezevic married Eugene Molnar. In 1952, the Molnars, with their two children, Erwin and Veronica, emigrated to Clifton, New Jersey. Zora worked as a seamstress with Val-Jon in Passaic for 28 years and Marie Coats in Clifton for 10 years. Zora and Eugene were married for 59 years until his passing 2000. In 2004, Zora moved to Columbia, MO where she enjoyed going to theater productions at the University of Missouri, going to senior parties hosted by local banks, and attending concerts and recitals of her great-grand daughters, Logan and Savanna. Zora loved to visit with family and friends, travel, and garden.
Zora was preceded in death by her parents, Danilo and Katarina Knezevic, her sister Slavka Klasnic, brother Momir Knezevic, her husband Eugene and son Erwin who passed away in 2014. Zora is survived by her devoted daughter Veronica Molnar of Columbia, MO and daughter-in-law Jane Molnar of Bellevue, Washington. Grandmother of Ramona and Scott Huckstep; Melissa and Brian Ducey; Amanda and Tim Steele; and Michael and Leah Molnar. Great-grandmother of great-granddaughters Logan, Savanna, Malana, Gretchen, Tatum, Penelope, Harriet and Eden and great-grandsons Matthias and Theo. Zora also claimed Veronica's best friend, Tania Savadjian, as another daughter with whom they traveled and shared the good times.
Visitation Tuesday 10:00 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, followed by a funeral home service at 10:30 AM. Entombment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
