Zofia (Szaflarski) Podczerwinska, 62, of Clifton on May 17, 2010. Born in Poland, Zofia came to the US in December of 1991 and settled in Clifton.

A parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic, Zofia was a machine operator for Van Ness Plastics in Clifton for many years, and was a member of the Kolo Sabaly Group.

Beloved wife for 37 years of Andrzej. Devoted mother of Anna Szpernoga and her husband Andrzej of Oak Ridge, and Jozef of Clifton. Loving grandmother of Aneta, Matthew, and Joanna. Dear sister of Jozef Szaflarski of Oak Ridge, Tadeusz Szaflarski, Frania Zielinska, Maria Jachymik, and Stanislawa Ustupska, all in Poland.

Funeral Friday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, Doylestown, PA. Visiting Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
