Zofia (Gryszko) Lasota, 80, of Clifton, passed away on August 13, 2011. Born in Poland she came to the US in 1993 and lived in Garfield before moving to Clifton 17 years ago. Zofia, a homemaker, was a parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Beloved wife of the late Bronislaw who died in 1992. Devoted mother of Jadwiga Dereszkiewicz of Poland, Jozef of Clifton, Celina Labadi of Jordan, and the late Kazimierz who died in 2001. Dear sister of Marianna Biendzio of Clifton, and the late Jozef, Chester, Adolf and Stanley Gryszko. Loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Funeral Thursday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Wednesday 5-9 PM.
