Zofia Durda, 82, of Clifton passed away on April 23, 2026. Born in Poland, she came to the US in 1965 and first settled in Passaic before moving to Wallington and eventually to Clifton. She was a Medical Data Entry Specialist for Hoffmann-LaRoche in Nutley for 25 years before retiring. Zofia loved sewing, cooking and maintaining her garden.

Devoted mother of Walter Durda, Jr., and Renee Durda. Dear sister of Stanisław Kopeć, Eugenia Wojtowicz, Jan Kopeć, and Barbara Wyka. Former wife of the late Władysław "Walter" Durda who passed away in 2024.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 9:00 - 9:30AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. A memorial mass will begin at 9:30AM. Burial of ashes will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery, South Hackensack.
