Wlodzimierz Proszowski, 77, of Clifton, passed away on December 30, 2014. Born in Zwaernik, Poland, he came to the US in 1979 and settled in Clifton. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Wlodzimierz was a Mechanic for Mega Craft in Newark for many years. Beloved husband for 42 years of Lucja (Zulewski). Devoted father of Anna Stefaniak and her husband Macieak of Clifton, Beata Zubowicz and her husband Krzyszotof of Clifton, Izabela Stefaniak and her husband Krzyszotof of Wallington, and Rafal and his wife Barbara of Texas. Dear brother of Teresa Smrokowski of Chicago. Loving grandfather of 7. Funeral Saturday 8 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Friday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
