William A. Schimpf, Sr. 56, of Clifton passed away January 6, 2011. Born in Passaic, he lived in Clifton all of his life.

A Radar Operator for the United States Navy for many years, Bill worked for the Passaic Valley Water Commission in Clifton for the past 23 years. Bill was the Commander of the Athenia Veterans Post and was a member of the Players League and Moose Lodge, all of Clifton.

Father of William A., Jr., of CA, and Suzanne of TN. Beloved son of Eleanor (Broadfield) and the late Andrew Schimpf, dear brother of Robert G., and loving companion of Susan Boulton, all of Clifton.
