William Oviedo, 55, of Clifton, passed away on February 23, 2016.

Born in Colombia, he came to the US in 1986 and settled in Paterson before moving to Clifton several years ago.

William was a Chef at the Stony Hill Inn in Hackensack for 15 years.

Beloved father of Estiven Oviedo and his wife Nathalia of Florida, Stephanie Oviedo of North Bergen, Catalina Oviedo of Florida, and Veronica Valencia and her husband Jonathan of Lyndhurst. Loving grandfather of Valerie, Sofia, Nicolas and Esteban. Cherished son of Noemy (Restrepo) Oviedo of Clifton, and the late Daniel Oviedo. Dear brother of Carlos, Ana, Sobeida, Amanda, Daniel, Oscar and Jaime Oviedo.

Funeral Saturday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Friday 6-9 PM at the funeral home.
