William Joseph Karcz, 60, of Clifton, passed away on January 12, 2019. Born in Nowy Targ, Poland, William was a part of the Podhale Organization in his youth.  In 1963 William came to the US and lived in Passaic before settling in Clifton ten years later. A Project Manager and Machinist at EuroMed, Inc. in Orangeburg, NY, William spent his free time as President and Coach of the Clifton Olympic Youth Soccer League, coaching both girls and boys.

Beloved husband of Luz E. Karcz. Devoted father of Michael Karcz of Clifton, Lineth Terrero of Clifton, and the late Joseph Karcz who passed away in 2008. Dear brother of Janina Kowalczyk and her husband Stanislaw, John Karcz and his wife Christina, Stanley Karcz, and the late Tadeusz "Ted" Karcz. Beloved uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Thursday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton. Interment, St. Michael's Cemetery, So. Hackensack. Visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the funeral home.
