Wanda Gola's Obituary
Wanda H. (Golenia) Gola, 98, of Passaic passed away on December 21, 2015. Born in Stirling, Wanda lived most of her life in Passaic and Clifton. She was a Patient Information Clerk for Passaic General Hospital (later renamed P.B.I. and then St. Mary's Hospital), Passaic, for 20 years, retiring in 2002. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Wanda was a member of their Golden Circle and Altar & Rosary Society and was also a member of the Athenia Veteran's Post Ladies Auxiliary, Clifton.
Beloved wife of the late Edward Gola who passed away in 1981. Dear sister of the late Thomas P. Golenia and the late Thaddeus J. Golenia. Loving aunt of the late Thaddeus F. Golenia.
Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Tuesday 6-9 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations made to the charity of your choosing in Wanda's memory would be greatly appreciated.
