Walter J.Uotinen, 56, of Clifton passed away on June 23, 2011. Born in Newark, he lived in West Orange before moving to Clifton many years ago. Walter was the owner of Top Shelf Technologies in Clifton for many years and was an Instructor for Affinity IT Training. An active member of the Clifton Moose Lodge # 657 where he served as Governor. Walter was a Pool Player with Uncle Roy's, the Cottage Who and was Captain of the The Clif US team. Beloved brother of Anita of West Orange, loving uncle of Jessica Strychnewicz.
