Walenty Lorenc, 58, of Clifton passed away on April 2, 2016. Born in Krempachy, Poland, Walenty came to the US in 1977 and settled in Clifton. A Parishioner of Ss. Cyril & Methodius RC Church, Clifton, Walenty was a Sr. Flavor Operator for Givaudan in East Hanover for 31 years before retiring in 2014.

Beloved husband for 35 years of Grace (Ostrowska). Devoted father of Jerry and his wife Katarzyna of Butler and Chris of Norwich, CT. Cherished grandfather of Amy and Sara. Dear brother of Jan and his wife Alfreda, Maria Brodowska and her husband Jan, Irena Surma and her husband Jozef, Franciszek and his wife Maria, Jozef and his wife Jozefa, all of Garfield, Andy and his wife Anna of Clifton, and Teresa Coffey and her husband Colm of Plantation, FL.

Funeral Wednesday 8:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, & 10 AM at Ss. Cyril & Methodius RC Church. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Tuesday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.
