Obituary

Virginia Lukashefski, 96, of Clifton, passed away on October 9, 2022. Born in Passaic, she was a lifelong resident of Clifton.

A parishioner of Transfiguration of Our Lord Polish National Catholic Church, Wallington, Virginia was a film checker for Broadway Photo in Clifton for 15 years, retiring in 1991. A member of the Disabled American Veterans Chapter # 2, Clifton, Virginia served as the Ladies Auxiliary Commander for 3 terms, and was a member of the Young Women's Guild at Transfiguration Church.

Beloved wife of the late Frank Lukashefski who passed away in 1978. Devoted sister of the late Elsie Frances, Frank, Clara Bell, George, Amelia, Mary Ellen, Joseph, Daniel, and Rudolph Robert Gregg. Dear sister in law of Frieda Gregg of Pompton Plains. Loving aunt of 13 nieces and nephews, and many grand nieces and nephews, and great grand nieces and nephews.

Visiting Monday 2-5 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Service Monday 5 PM at the funeral home. Cremation will be private. Burial of Ashes Friday, October 21,  10 AM at Cedar Lawn Cemetery, Paterson.
