Viola (Sorrentino) Ganguzza, 94, of Passaic, passed away on September 11, 2015. Born in Passaic, she was a lifelong resident. A parishioner of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel RC Church, Passaic, Viola was a member of the Friendship Club and enjoyed Sewing, Knitting, Needlepoint and Ceramics. Before retiring, Viola was a Seamstress for many years and later worked for Bendix Corp. in Teterboro for several years. Beloved wife of the late Anthony who passed away in 2003. Devoted mother of Robert and his wife Dorene of Passaic. Loving grandmother of Anthony and his wife Monika, and Dawn and her husband Michael. Cherished great grandmother of Joseph. Dear sister of the late Jerome Sorrentino, Beloved sister in law of Gilda Sorrentino of Bricktown. Funeral services were private under the direction of the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
