Vincent " Vince" Brucato, 81 of Garfield New Jersey passed away on January 4th 2022. Vince was born in Passaic New Jersey, and grew up in Clifton before settling in Garfield 23 years ago.

Before retiring 18 years ago, Vince was a gun maker at Navy Arms in Union City, and was a machine shop supervisor for Kulite Tungsten Corp in East Rutherford, NJ. Throughout his life he engaged in a variety of hobbies and interests including owning several antique cars, participating in car shows, and making firearms repairs and fabrication- creating one for a major motion picture. He also was a veteran in the United States Army.

Beloved husband of Eleanor (Bauers) Brucato. Devoted stepdad to Daniel Giacomarro and his wife Renee', Ralph Giacomarro and his wife Lisa, and Nina Sutera and her husband Ralph, along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren. He will be missed by his fur babies Scout and Missy. Vince was predeceased by his loving parents Anna and Joseph Brucato and brothers Frank and Ralph Brucato. Dear brother to Joseph Brucato and Lucy Santora. Vince also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, and many close friends. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation Tuesday January 11th, 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Wednesday January 12th, 8:45 AM at the
funeral home, and 10 AM at Our lady of Mount Virgin RC Church, Garfield. Entombment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
