Theresa Nikithser, 91, of Clifton, passed away on June 1, 2022. Born in Passaic, she was a resident of Clifton since 1953.

A parishioner of St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton, Theresa was a member of the St. Paul Rosary Society. Before retiring in 1995, Theresa was a Secretary for St. Joseph's Hospital in Paterson, where she worked for 18 years.

Beloved wife of the late Stephen Nikithser who passed away in 2010. Devoted mother of Stephen Nikithser and his wife Eileen of Beaver, PA, Thomas Nikithser of Paterson, Robert Nikithser of Virginia, Jo Ann Pelonero of Midlothian, VA, and her late husband Dr. Anthony Pelonero who passed away in 2021, Emily Tarantola and her partner Leo Lippens of North Haledon, and David Nikithser and his wife Jamie of Palmyra.

Loving grandmother of Jennifer, Stephen, Patrick, Jessica, Christina, Alex, Lee, Theresa, Andrew and Nik. Cherished great grandmother of Conor, Christopher, Aloria, Caramia, Anthony and Zoey. Dear sister of Veronica Debiak of Clifton and the late Herman Kopitar.

Visiting Sunday 2-6 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Paul's RC Church, Clifton. Interment, Calvary Cemetery, Paterson.
