Teresa Majdosz, 93, of Brick, formerly of Wayne, passed away on April 18, 2023. Born in Poland, she came to the US in 1961 and lived in Livingston, Newark, Pennsylvania and Wayne, before moving to Brick in 2017. A former parishioner of St. Joseph' RC Church, Passaic, Teresa worked for Prudential Insurance Co. in Newark for 13 years, retiring in 1985.

Beloved wife of the late Stanislaw Lorenc who passed away in 1950, and the late Mieczyslaw Majdosz who passed away in 1967. Devoted mother of Anthony Lorenc and his wife Teresa of Bonita Springs, FL, John Lorenc and his late wife DawnMarie of Torrington, CT, Halina Kaczerski and her husband Richard of Gilbertsville, PA, Stella Szewczyk and her husband Zbigniew of Goodyear, AZ, Joseph Majdosz and his wife Donna of Whippany, Marek Majdosz and his wife Elzbieta of Lafayette Hill, PA, and Joanna Trafer and her husband Thomas of Bricktown, and the late Andrzej who passed away in 1959.

Loving grandmother of Mark (Katryn) Lorenc, Christopher (Rachel) Lorenc, Michael (Miste) Lorenc, Robert (Laurie) Szewzyk, Adam (Anastasia) Szewczyk, Andrew (Jackie) Szewczyk, Tadeusz (Kyla) Kaczerski, Kristy Kaczerski, Steven (Loan) Kaczerski, Alexander Lorenc, Jolanta Lorenc, Karina Lorenc, Jennifer (Joseph) Genau, Ania (Todd) DeCola, Thomas (Kristina) Trafer, Jr., and Heather (Andrew) Hickman.

Cherished great grandmother of Kira, Felix, Emma and Savannah Lorenc, Griffin, Gavin, Grady, Zoey and Cason Kaczerski, Daniel, Matthew, Ela, and Roman Szewczyk. Mina, Bryce, and Forest Genau, Alina, Izabela and Renata DeCola, Benjamin and Hunter Trafer, and Bethany Hickman.

Visiting Monday 4-8 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Tuesday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
