Stuart N. W. Brown, 79, of Paterson passed away on November 14, 2013. Born in Jamaica, Stuart came to the US in 1988 and settled in Paterson. A Security Guard for the Housing Authority of Paterson, Stuart was a member of the Mt. Bethel Baptist Church, Ridgewood. Beloved husband for 49 years of Phyllis (Pickering) Brown. Devoted father of George Brown, Dave Brown, Cleve Brown, Diana Brown, Stuart Brown, Jr., Sharon Yepez and Andrea Owens. Cherished grandfather of 19 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Visiting Tuesday, November 19, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation Private.
