Stefan J. Cielemecki, 68, of Clifton, passed away on October 17, 2014. Born in Malkina, Poland, he came to the US in 1989 and lived in Passaic before moving to Clifton in 1994. A parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic, Stefan worked for Lincoln Park Care Center in Lincoln Park for the past 25 years, and was a member of the Polish American Veterans Club. In Poland, Stefan served with the Polish Army and was a Teacher and Principal of the School for 23 years. Stefan loved children, he also enjoyed traveling, camping, and sports, especially soccer. Devoted husband of the late Teresa Ewa (Kowalska) who passed away in 2011. Beloved father of Urszula Mioduszewski and her husband Krzysztof of Denville, Michal and his wife Monika of Totowa, and Jakub of Clifton. Loving grandfather of Patrycja, Michelle, Erick and Nathan. Dear brother of Barbara Tomaszewska and Wieslawa Tobolska, both of Poland, and the late Stanislaw. Funeral Tuesday 9:45 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 11 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Monday 6-9 PM at the funeral home.
