Stanislawa M. Denikiewicz (Lapa), nearly 100, of Clifton passed away on March 23, 2022. Born in Poland on April 1, 1922, she was a graduate of Jagiellonian University in Krakow where she became a prominent lawyer. She then married to Dr. Wladislaw Denikiewicz and they moved together with their family to Ghana before moving to the US in 1968 where they settled in Montclair. Even after leaving Poland, she maintained her perfect Polish language and cared greatly about Polish culture. She was an incredible mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Beloved wife of the late Dr. Wladyslaw Denikiewicz who passed away in 2006. Beloved mother Ewa Piacentile, DMD, of Italy, and Jan Denikiewicz of Germany. Cherished grandmother of Katherine Piacentile, MD, Anna Denikiewicz, MD, and Alexander Denikiewicz. Dear great-grandmother of Giulia and Leonardo D'Amelio. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her and affectionately called her "Mrs. D".

Funeral services were celebrated on April 1, 2022 in Poland.
