Stanislaw Szorc, 84, of Clifton passed away November 5, 2010. Born in Poland , he came to the US in 1984 and settled in Paterson before moving to Clifton 16 years ago.

A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Stanislaw worked for Damato Recycle Center in Paterson for 9 years before retiring.

Beloved husband of Sabina (Pisanko). Devoted father of Jan and his wife Danuta, Lech and his wife Krystyna and Jadwiga Czerechowski and her husband Jan, all of Clifton, and Krystyna Mieczkowski and her husband Riszard of Wayne. Loving grandfather of 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Funeral Monday 9:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10:30 AM at St. John Kanty RC Church. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Visiting Sunday 1-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
