Stanislaw Biendzio, 92, of Clifton on August 22, 2010. Born in Poland he came to the United States in 1966, first settling in Newark, and lived in Irvington before moving to Clifton in 1978.

Stanislaw was employed as a Castor for Aluminum Casting in Irvington for 16 years, retiring in 1982. A parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic, Stanislaw was a Polish Army Veteran during WW II.

Beloved husband for 57 years of Marianna (Gryszko). Devoted father of Grace Konarski and her husband John of Kinnelon, Bonnie Tucciarone and her husband Roy of Freehold, Donna Slawinski and her husband Peter of Wayne, and the late Wieslaw Biendzio and Jessie Brzys. Loving grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral Thursday 8:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 9:30 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Passaic. Interment, St. Mary's Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Visiting Wednesday 5-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
