Sophie Sandler, 86, of Clifton, passed away on February 8, 2012. Born in Lee, NY, she lived in Clifton all of her life. A parishioner of Ss. Peter and Paul's Polish National Catholic Church, Passaic, Sophie was a Supervisor for NJ Bell in Morristown for many years before retiring. Beloved sister of Stanley Sefcik of FL. Loving aunt of Diane Tyma and her husband Albert of Clifton, Joanne Leavy and her husband Robert of Parsippany and Martin Szewczyk and his wife Karen of East Windsor, 7 great nieces and nephews and 3 great-great nieces and nephews. Funeral Friday 12 Noon at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Friday 10 AM-12 Noon at the funeral home.
