Sophie Anne (Malek) Martocci, 86, of Passaic, passed away June 20, 2019. Born and raised in Pine Island, NY, Sophie has lived in Passaic since she was 18 years old. A Senior Clerk Typist and Search Matron for Passaic Police Department, Sophie was known as "Miss Girl Friday" among City Hall for her work ethic. Sophie always admired beautiful jewelry, and in her free time, she enjoyed shopping trips to Costco and hunting for treasures at estate sales.

Beloved mother of Deborah Martocci of Beachwood and Michael Martocci of Passaic. Cherished grandmother of Paul Martocci and Zachary Martocci. Dear sister of Theresa Hahn.

Funeral Tuesday 10:00 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, St. Stanislaus Cemetery, Pine Island, NY. Visiting Monday 4:00-8:00 PM at the funeral home.
