Sonny Urow,ChFC,CFP,MBA, 61, of Sarasota Fl, passed peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2009. Born in Bronx, NY, Sonny lived in Randolph, NJ, before moving to Sarasota one year ago. A 1969 graduate, Summa Cum Laude, Sonny received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Syracuse University, and later he received his MBA from NYU. Sonny was a Chartered Financial Consultant and Certified Financial Planner for New England Financial in Fairfield, where he worked for 20 years, retiring in 2007. A member of Hope Presbyterian Church, Randolph, Sonny is survived by his best friend and loving wife, Linda (Weeks), his loving son Zachary, his sister Linda Bernstein and her husband Robert of East Brunswick, many nieces and nephews, and "man's best friend", Bailey. Funeral Monday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton. Visiting Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
