Sister Mary Olivia Baranoska

Funeral services for Sister Mary Olivia Baranoska will be held at the Felician Sisters' Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Lodi, New Jersey at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019. Sister Mary Olivia will then be laid to rest in the Felician Sisters' Cemetery. Sister Mary Olivia died on January 23, 2019, in Hackensack, New Jersey. She was 86 years old and had been a Felician Sister for 69 years.

A Wake Service with Evening Prayer will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel on Sunday evening, January 27, 2019, at 6:00 p.m.

The former Constance Baranoska, Sister Mary Olivia was born in Baltimore, Maryland, in 1932.   She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters in Lodi, New Jersey in 1949; received the Felician habit in 1950; professed her first vows in 1951 and final vows in 1957.

Sister Mary Olivia is survived by her sisters Bernadette Jones and Dianne Pons both of Maryland, members of her extended family and by her religious community.
