Sister Mary Noelle

Funeral services for Sister Mary Noelle Narbut will be held at the Felician Sisters' Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Lodi, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 31, 2014. Sister Mary Noelle will then be laid to rest in the Felician Sisters' Cemetery.

Sister Mary Noelle died on March 26, 2014, in Lodi. She was 94 years old and had been a Felician Sister for 75 years. A Wake Service with Evening Prayer will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel on Sunday evening, March 30, at 6:00 p.m.

The former Helen Narbut, Sister Mary Noelle was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey in 1919. She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters in Lodi, New Jersey in 1938; received the Felician habit in 1939; professed her first vows in 1940 and final vows in 1946.

Sister Mary Noelle is survived by members of her extended family and by her religious community.
