Sister Mary Grace, Funeral services for Sister Mary Grace Michniewicz will be held at the Felician Sisters' Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Lodi, at 11AM on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Sister Mary Grace will then be laid to rest in the Felician Sisters' Cemetery. Sister Mary Grace died on June 5, 2015, in Lodi, she was 97 years old and had been a Felician Sister for 77 years. A Wake Service with Evening Prayer will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel on Tuesday evening, June 9, 2015, at 6PM The former Grace Michniewicz, Sister Mary Grace was born in Bayonne in 1918. She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters in Lodi, New Jersey in 1937; received the Felician habit in 1938; professed her first vows in 1939 and final vows in 1945. Sister Mary Grace is survived by members of her extended family and by her religious community. Arrangements are under the direction of the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
