Sister Mary Archangel Funeral services for Sister Mary Archangel Dudzinska will be held at the Felician Sisters' Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel, Lodi, at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 23, 2013. Sister Archangel will then be laid to rest in the Felician Sisters' Cemetery. Sister Mary Archangel died on September 20, 2013, in Lodi. She was 95 years old and had been a Felician Sister for 76 years. A Wake Service with Evening Prayer will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel this evening at 6:00 p.m. The former Leocadia Dudzinska, Sister Mary Archangel was born in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania in 1915. She entered the postulancy of the Felician Sisters in Lodi in 1937; received the Felician habit in 1938; professed her first vows in 1939 and final vows in 1945. For much of her life, Sister Mary Archangel was engaged in the healthcare ministry. Sister Mary Archangel is mourned by her religious community and by members of her extended family.
