Sheila B. (Cooney) Reno, 77, of Manahawkin passed away July 16, 2011. Born in Passaic, she lived there and in Livingston and Manahawkin. Sheila and her husband were the owners of Sheila Sales in Passaic for many years, retiring several years ago. Proud of her Irish Heritage, Sheila was a graduate of St. Nicholas Grammar School and Pope Pius High School in Passaic, enjoyed Antiquing, Flea Markets, and spending time at the beach with her children and grandchildren. Beloved wife for 51 years of Thomas M. Reno (Ret. Capt. Passaic FD) Devoted mother of Noreen Zak and her husband Edward of Livingston, Geralyn Reno of Clifton, Mary Anne Reno-Puentes and her husband Luis of Wayne. Loving grandmother of Kerry and Kevin Zak and Alexander Puentes. Dear sister of Agnes Walter of Paterson and the late Maureen W. Cleary and Roger L. Cooney. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10 AM at St. Nicholas RC Church, Passaic. Interment, St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi. Visiting Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
