Shantaben Bhagwandas Bulsara of Clifton, NJ, passed away peacefully, without pain, surrounded by her loving family on November 17, 2024, at the age of 88. In her passing, Shantaben is reunited with her husband Bhagwandas who predeceased her in 2009.

Shantaben was born on August 4, 1936 in her hometown of Valsad in India. She married the love of her life, Bhagwandas and they moved to the US for new opportunities and a better life. After settling in New Jersey with her husband and children, she took care of everyone before herself, making countless sacrifices for us all. She cherished those closest to her and big family get-togethers were amongst her greatest joys. She remained independent until the very end and she was the true matriarch of the Bulsara family.

She will be remembered for her lifelong commitment to her faith and dedication to her family and friends. She was selfless, strong, determined, fearless, caring, loving and truly one of a kind. She will never be forgotten and will be missed eternally.

Shantaben is survived by her children, Vina (Natvarlal), Kaushik (Urmila), Satish (Sangita), Bindu (Richard); her grandchildren, Heli (Akash), Foram, Shweta (Jayesh), Trupti (Nikesh), Bhumika (Nik), Saagar (Nandi), Bella (Sunny), Matthew, Lauren; and her great grandchildren, Jaja, Jaden, Krish, Amaya, Ahana, Zahra, Niam, and Sophia.

Visiting will be held at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave.,Clifton on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 9AM - 11AM. Cremation will follow at 11:30AM at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, 255 Main Avenue, Clifton.
