Born in Passaic General Hospital, Shannon grew up in Clifton and was a graduate of Clifton High School, Class of 2004. She worked for Merchants Alarm Company, Wallington, for 13 years.
Shannon loved swimming, camping and day trips as well as just sitting on her porch listening to music. She loved watching police shows on tv, especially Cops and Chicago PD. Another passion they shared was their love of football and Shannon was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys.
Shannon and Gene also enjoyed their annual vacations to Wildwood, NJ, their favorite place in the world. They also shared a great enthusiasm for Halloween and loved celebrating all holidays. Shannon also enjoyed spending time with her childhood friend, Erica Niebank. They grew up together, went to school together and stayed best friends for over 20 years!
Those who knew Shannon will always remember her for her kindness and compassion. She was truly a wonderful person with a heart of gold. She was loved and will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing this extraordinary young woman.
