Sabina (Pisanko) Szorc, 93, of Clifton passed away on February 19, 2024. Born in Pisanki, Poland, she came to the US in 1985 and first settled in Paterson before moving to Clifton in 1994. A parishioner of St. John Kanty RC Church, Clifton, Sabina was a member of their Golden Circle and active with the Loaves and Fishes Committee.

Beloved wife of the late Stanislaw, who passed away in 2010. Devoted mother of Jadwiga Czerechowski and her husband Jan of Stanhope, Krystyna Mieczkowski of Wayne and her late husband Ryszard, Jan and his wife Danuta of Clifton, Lech and his wife Krystyna of Clifton and the late Czeslaw and his late wife Wanda. Cherished grandmother of Pawel, Piotr, Jerzy, Renata, Ewa, Beata, Dorota, Kamil, Lukasz, Marcin and Grzegorz. Loving great-grandmother of 20. She is predeceased by her siblings Henryk, Teresa and Zygfryd Pisanko and Jadwiga Kosakowska.

Visiting Wednesday 4-8PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Thursday 8:45AM at the funeral home and 10AM at St. John Kanty RC Church. Interment, Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
