Rufino V. Luistro, 90, of Lodi, passed away on January 17, 2023.

Born in Manila, Philippines, he came to the US in 1972 and lived in Jersey City before moving to Lodi several years ago. A CPA for Sterling Drug Co., New York City, for 22 years retiring in 1993, Rufino loved to travel, enjoyed watching horse racing, going to the casino and playing Mahjong.

Beloved husband for nearly 60 years of Magdalena (Burgos). Devoted father of Rosemary Roskowsky and her husband James of Fair Lawn, Lloyd Luistro and his wife Carol of Edison, Raymond Luistro of Ocean Grove, and Lyndon Luistro and his wife Carolyn of Teaneck. Loving grandfather of Alex, Natalie, Daniel and Max. Dear brother of Apolinario, Jose, Zenaida, Prescilla, Evelyn, Corazon, and the late Maria, Gloria, Rosario, Artemio, Luis, Antonio and Dante.

Visiting Sunday 2-6 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Funeral Monday 8:45 AM at the funeral home and 10 AM at St. Joseph's RC Church, Lodi. Entombment, Hollywood Memorial Park, Union.
