Rosella "Rose" (Spytko) Quintavella, 90, of Clifton, passed away at home, surrounded by her loving family, on September 29, 2023. Born in New York City, she was raised in Little Falls, NY, and has lived in Clifton for the past 65 years. A parishioner of St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Rose was a cafeteria worker at Clifton High School for many years before retiring in 2007. Rose loved vacationing in Cape May and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was an avid reader and enjoyed spending time on her deck reading her books.

Beloved wife of the late Nicholas Quintavella who passed away in 2011. Devoted mother of Debbie Welch and her husband Lee, Nicholas Quintavella and his wife Patti, Melissa Burke and her husband Frank and Michele Yagins and her husband Matt. Cherished grandmother of Jason Kemmet and his wife Kristy, Rachel Frasier and her partner Wayne Huslander, Emily and Nicholas Peregallo, Dylan Dowling and Paige, Peter and Peyton Yagins. Loving great-grandmother of Tyler, Justin, Landon and Ian. Dear sister of Susan Horan and the late Max Spytko.

Memorial mass Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 10AM at St. Philip the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Burial of Ashes to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa. Cremation was private.
