Rose Attenello (LoGrande), 93, of Kingston, PA, died Tuesday November 7, 2017 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Rose lived in Clifton, NJ for 53 years prior to moving to Kingston in 2014.

Rose worked at Dundee Mills in Passaic, NJ from the 1940's until 1954. She was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker and fantastic cook who loved to entertain.  Rose loved to crochet afghans for family and friends. She enjoyed Bingo for many years and was an avid QVC fan. Her wonderful sense of humor and generous spirit will be sorely missed.

Rose was preceded in death by her son Robert Attenello, parents Augustina and Anthony LoGrande, and brothers Carl LoGrande, Joseph LoGrande, and Salvatore LoGrande.

Surviving are her beloved husband of 73 years, Preston Attenello, son Richard Attenello of Yardley, PA, daughter Janet MacLean and her husband Raymond of Kingston, PA, daughter-in-law Linda Attenello of Clifton, granddaughter Corissa Rose Gidula and her husband Christopher of Suwanee GA, grandsons  Raymond (RJ) Maclean and his fiancée Audrey Lovell of Kingston PA, Colin Maclean of Exeter PA, and Gary Attenello and his wife Heather of New Milford, NJ, great grandchildren Tyler, Kyle and Mackenzie Attenello, brother Charles LoGrande and beloved sister Ann Signorelli of Aiken SC, and 16 nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank April White and Jolene Meade who were Rose's private caregivers. Your care was outstanding, you made Rose laugh everyday and have both become family.

Friends may call Friday November 10th from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave. Clifton, NJ.  Funeral mass will be held at 9:30 am on Saturday at Sacred Heart Church, Clifton. Interment will follow at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Main Ave. Clifton.
