Rosa (Pittari) Lo Cascio, 98, of Clifton, passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025. Born in Sicily, Italy, she came to the U.S. in 1948 and lived in Passaic before moving to Clifton 60 years ago.

A seamstress for many years, Rosa was a longtime fan of soap operas; she enjoyed cooking, taking care of and spending time with her family.  She especially enjoyed affectionate banter with her late husband filling their home with love and laughter.  She was a proud woman with a strong Sicilian personality.

Beloved wife for nearly 70 years of the late Joseph Lo Cascio, who passed away 4 years ago on May 3, 2021. Loving mother of Sarina Lo Cascio of New York City.  She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews in the U.S. and in Italy.
