Ronald Louis Trella, 64, of Clifton, passed away on February 18, 2015. Born in Passaic, he was a lifelong resident of Clifton. Ronnie was the owner of both Krackers on Main Avenue, and the Red Chimney on Rt. 3 West in Clifton for many years. Ronnie was a member of the Friends of the Athenia Vets, Clifton, and was currently serving as Vice President. Beloved husband of Christine (Denny). Devoted father of Lindsey Trella and her husband A.J. Honeycheck of Montclair, and Samantha Trella of Hoboken. Loving son of the late Louis G. who passed away in 1970 and Pauline (Kwolek) Trella who passed away in 2012. Dear son in law of Jean Denny of Clifton. Visiting Sunday 3-7 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Athenia Veteran Post, 147 Huron Ave., Clifton, NJ 07013, in memory of Ronnie, would be greatly appreciated.
