Roger C. Hancox of Clifton on March 12, 2010 born in Union City He lived there before moving to Clifton in 1956. Roger was a cement finisher for Cement & Mason Local #29 and a stage hand for local #59 IATSE both of Hudson county. He was a fighting seabees with the US Navy. Devoted husband of Gertrude (Guarente). Beloved father of Roger and his wife Rebekah, Richard and his wife Christine, Keri, Greg and his wife Annette and William. Cherished grandfather of Sara, Justin, Jacqueline and Allison. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral monday 9 AM at Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton. Visiting Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
