Robert D. Valentine, 64, of Clifton, NJ and Roxbury, NY, died April 10, 2015, at home surrounded by family. Bob was born January 17, 1951, the son of the late Herbert Valentine and Betty (Sweetland). A 1969 graduate of Clifton High School, Bob served in the US Air Force from 1969 to 1973 during the Vietnam War, and later graduated from New Hampshire College in 1983. Beloved husband of Patricia Escobedo Valentine, nee Henningsen. Devoted father of Jennifer Price and her husband Andrew, Debra Valentine and her husband Timothy Wayne, Lisa Doiron, and Laura Patten and her husband Mark. Loving grandfather of Aiden, Conner and William. Dear brother of Barbara Battistuz and Bonnie Valentine. Loving uncle of several nieces and nephews. Memorial Gathering Wednesday and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Memorial Service Friday, 10 AM at the funeral home. Cremation was private.
