Robert John Takacs, 45, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, passed away on November 18, 2025. Born in Passaic, he lived most of his life in Clifton before settling in Dingmans Ferry. Robert worked as an auto mechanic for many years. Robert loved animals, fishing and hunting.

Devoted father of Kyle, Alexia and Evalynne Takacs. Cherished grandfather of William Smith. Beloved son of Robert and Anneliese Takacs. Loving brother of Katharina Takacs, Michael Cole and Raymond Cole. Dear uncle of many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Gathering Sunday, December 7, from 12 – 3 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation was private.
