Of all the things that Rob enjoyed spending time with his wife and 3 children, his favorite was what Rob lovingly called "Adventurous Sunday". They would spend the day exploring many new places, Rob also loved the NY Jets and the NY Yankees.
Before they had children, he coached for the North Arlington Junior Football League. He also loved volunteering at Nightmare on River Road in New Milford.
