Robert Morton Knowsley, Jr., 77, of Clifton passed away on August 2, 2011. Born in Jersey City, he lived in West Paterson before moving to Clifton 27 years ago. A US Navy Veteran of the Korean War, Bob served on the USS Vega. A Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service for 27 years, Bob retired 21 years ago and was a longtime member of the Snipes Boat Club in Carlstadt. Beloved husband for 57 years of Helen Mary (Pupek). Devoted father of Cindy Bongiorno and her husband Joe of Clifton, Karen Corizzi and her husband Guy of Haskell, and Audrey Ritacco and her husband Rick of Clearwater, FL. Dear brother of Danny and his wife Joanie of Tuttle, OK, Warren and his wife Edna of South Hampton, and the late David and Audrey. Loving grandfather of Leslie DeLuco, Joey Bongiorno, Kristyn and Kari and Nick Pasculli, Ricky and Alison Ritacco. Cherished great grandfather of Gianna DeLuco and Grant Leichtweisz.
