Robert F. Kerstner, 85, of Clifton, passed away on June 27, 2012. Born in Garfield, he lived there before moving to Clifton 56 years ago. A Navy Veteran of WW II, Robert worked in the Maintenance Department of Pantasote in Passaic for 35 years, retiring in 1989, and was a member of the American Legion Post # 69, Carlstadt. Beloved husband for 60 years of the late Eva (Kuzio) who passed away in 2011. Devoted father of Robert Michael Kerstner of Riverdale and Carol Kerstner of East Rutherford. Dear grandfather of Carrie Ann Hanlon, cherished great grandfather of Skylar Ann Kerekes. Funeral Monday 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton.
