Robert D. Bain's Obituary
Robert D. Bain, 62, of Nutley, passed away on February 11, 2017. Born in Orange, he lived in Nutley and was a resident of Clifton for 25 years. returning to Nutley 14 years ago. Robert was the Service Manager for Liberty Landing Marina in Jersey City for the past 10 years.
Beloved husband for 37 years of Ann (Rurak). Devoted father of Robert and his wife Jennifer of Montville, Diana Herbison and her husband Michael of Sparta, Kathleen Castaldo and her husband Anthony of Henryville, PA, Jacqueline Begyn and her husband Jon of Pompton Plains, Brian, William and Steven, all of Nutley. Loving grandfather of Emily, Marilyn, Rebecca, Hailey, Allison, Madeline, Richard and Lucy. Dear brother of Thomas of Pen Argyl, PA.
Visiting Tuesday 7-9 PM and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Prayer service Wednesday 8 PM. Cremation will be private.
A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 12 Noon to 3 PM at Bloomfield Steak & Seafood, 409 Franklin St., Nutley
