Richard C. Della Pesca, 66, of Clifton, passed away on August 15, 2017. Born in Paterson he lived most of his life in Clifton.

An Air Force Veteran during the Vietnam War, Richard was a Shipping Clerk for E.I.DuPont in Clifton for many years.

Devoted husband for 47 years of JoAnn (Hooey). Beloved father of Richard of Keyport, David of Barnegat, and Tracey Della Pesca of Colonia.

Loving grandfather of Victoria, Amanda, Rachel, Lorenzo, Paige, Peyton and Liam. Cherished great grandfather of Analisa. Dear brother of Glenn of Passaic, and Lynn Dingertopadre of Fairview.

Funeral Tuesday, August 22, beginning at 10 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Interment, Branchville Cemetery, Branchville. Visiting Monday 4-8 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to the family in memory of Richard, would be greatly appreciated.
