Born on September 20, 1974, Rashmi was raised in Bilimara, Gujarat, India. She was an exceptional student, earning the distinction of star student throughout her schooling. Raised in a low-income family, she worked tirelessly to support her household while continuing her education.She was the youngest sibling of Nitaben and Hiteshbhai, and the beloved daughter of Lilaben and Natvarbhai.

Rashmi earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from B.P. Baria Science Institute in Navsari and later completed her MLT training in Bombay. She dedicated many years to public service, working at government primary health centers across rural villages in Gujarat. Her work reflected her deep commitment to caring for others.

In 2016, Rashmi immigrated to the United States, where she continued her professional journey at BioReference Health. She was known for her kindness, compassion, and quiet strength. She offered thoughtful life advice, lived with deep spirituality, and had a profound knowledge of the Hindu faith. She was also an exceptional cook, a talent that brought warmth and joy to those around her.

Rashmi is survived by her loving husband, Paresh; her son, Parth; and her daughter, Jhanvi.

She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.

રશ્મિબેન પરેશભાઈ રાણા
ઉમર ૫૧ વર્ષ, તારીખ ૧૮ જાન્યુઆરી, ૨૦૨૬ના રોજ અવસાન પામ્યા.

૨૦ સપ્ટેમ્બર, ૧૯૭૪ના રોજ જન્મેલા રશ્મિબેનનો ઉછેર ગુજરાતના બિલીમોરામાં થયો હતો. તેઓ અભ્યાસમાં અત્યંત પ્રતિભાશાળી હતા અને સમગ્ર શાળા જીવન દરમિયાન 'સ્ટાર સ્ટુડન્ટ' તરીકે ઓળખાયા. ઓછી આવકવાળા પરિવારમાં ઉછર્યા હોવા છતાં, તેમણે પોતાનું શિક્ષણ ચાલુ રાખતાં પરિવારની જવાબદારીઓ નિષ્ઠાપૂર્વક સંભાળી. તેઓ નીતાબેન અને હિતેશભાઈમાં સૌથી નાના હતા અને લિલાબેન તથા નટવરભાઈના સંતાન હતા.

રશ્મિબેને નવસારી સ્થિત B.P. Baria Science Institute માંથી Microbiology માં બેચલર ઓફ સાયન્સ (B.Sc.) ની ડિગ્રી મેળવી હતી અને બાદમાં બોમ્બેમાંથી એમ.એલ.ટી. (MLT) પૂર્ણ કર્યું હતું. તેમણે ગુજરાતના વિવિધ ગામોમાં સરકારી પ્રાથમિક આરોગ્ય કેન્દ્રોમાં સેવા આપી, જ્યાં તેમણે વર્ષો સુધી જનસેવામાં પોતાનું જીવન સમર્પિત કર્યું. લોકોની સેવા કરવાનો ભાવ તેમનાં જીવનનું કેન્દ્રબિંદુ હતું.

વર્ષ ૨૦૧૬માં રશ્મિબેન અમેરિકા સ્થાયી થયા અને ત્યાં Bioreference Health માં પોતાની વ્યાવસાયિક કારકિર્દી આગળ વધારી. તેઓ તેમની દયાળુતા, કરુણા, દૃઢ ઇચ્છાશક્તિ અને સાહસિક સ્વભાવ માટે યાદ રહેશે. જીવન અંગેની તેમની સમજદાર સલાહો, ઊંડો આધ્યાત્મિક ભાવ અને હિંદુ ધર્મ વિશેનું જ્ઞાન સૌને પ્રેરણા આપતું હતું. તેઓ ઉત્તમ રસોઈયાં પણ હતા, અને તેમનું ભોજન સૌ માટે આનંદ અને સ્નેહનું સ્ત્રોત હતું.

તેઓ તેમના પ્રેમાળ પતિ પરેશ, પુત્ર પાર્થ અને પુત્રી જ્હાનવીને પાછળ છોડીને ગયા છે.

રશ્મિબેને પોતાની સહાનુભૂતિ, સમજદારી અને અડગતા દ્વારા અનેક લોકોના જીવનને સ્પર્શ્યું. પરિવારજનો, મિત્રો અને તેમને ઓળખનાર સૌ માટે તેમનું અવસાન એક અપૂરણીય ખોટ છે.
