Ramiro Ruiz, 73, of Franklin, formerly of Passaic, passed away on August 26, 2013. Born in Puebla, Mexico, Ramiro came to the US in 1968, first settling in New York and Passaic before moving to Franklin in 2005. Ramiro was employed at Marcal Paper Co., Elmwood Park, for 19 years before retiring in 2005. Beloved husband for 44 years of Teresa (Zuniga) Ruiz. Devoted father of Jose and his wife Myla of Franklin, Cesar and his wife Natasha of Somers, CT, and Sonia Ruiz of Franklin. Adoring grandfather of Adrianna, Christian, and Jonathan. Funeral Service Friday 10:30 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton. Cremation Private. Visiting Thursday 5-8 PM at the Funeral Home.
