Family and friends mourn the passing of Rachael Ghiretti, 67, who passed away January 21, 2021.

Born in Newark, December 12, 1953, to Nicholas and Emma (LaManna) Remondelli, she resided in Union for 60 years. Rachael was a dedicated employee of Union Imaging, Union, for 20 years.

Rachael is survived by her husband James Ghiretti, her sons, Vincent Alberto and his wife Conception Cacnio, Nicholas Alberto and his wife Nicole, her daughter Emily Alberto, and her grandchildren Annabella, Leanna and Vincenzo. Rachael is also survived by her sister Louise Fabio, her brother Frank Remondelli, her best friend of 50 years Dina Duffy, as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Rachael loved to cook, going to fancy restaurants, Broadway shows, dancing to the oldies, and was a fan of Lidia Bastianich, but her greatest love was her family. Rachael and her cooking will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral Monday 11:30 AM at St. Clare's RC Church, 69 Allwood Rd., Clifton. Kindly meet at the church. Entombment, Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
