Phyllis (Peraino) Welfel, 64, of Clifton, passed away on September 26, 2015. Born in Paterson she lived in Lodi before moving to Clifton 18 years ago. Phyllis was a Customer Service Representative for Pathmark in Botany Village for the past 17 years. Beloved wife for 40 years of Stephen. Devoted mother of Christopher of Clifton and his companion Xenia Martinez. Dear sister of Frank Peraino of Clifton.
