Peter P. Squirlock, 85, of Clifton on July 2, 2010. Born in Olyphant, PA, Peter came to NJ in 1946 and lived in Harrison before moving to Clifton 55 years ago.

A parishioner of St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church, Clifton, Peter was a Chemical Operator for Hoffmann LaRoche in Nutley for many years, retiring in 1988. A Navy Veteran of WW II, Peter was a member of the Albion VFW Post # 7165, Clifton.

Beloved husband of the late Monica A. (Wojciehowski), who died in 2000. Devoted father of Gerald and his wife Leslie of Stroudsburg, PA., Geraldine Eickhoff and her husband Richard of Clifton, Richard of Long Branch, and Peter and his wife Maria of Pinebrook. Dear brother of Susan Williams, Helen Saslo, and Frank all of Olyphant, Paul of Tucson, AZ, and the late Joseph, John, Thomas, George, Mary Ronzo, Agnes Serkosky, Margaret Takach, and Anna Tini. Loving grandfather of William, Richard, Gerald, Eric, Lori, Victoria, and Christopher. Cherished great grandfather of Zoe and Jenna.

Funeral Wednesday 9 AM at the Shook Funeral Home, 639 Van Houten Ave., Clifton, and 10 AM at St. Andrew the Apostle RC Church. Entombment, Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Upper Montclair. Visiting Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. www.shookfh.com
